Hi, I’m Molly, founder of Sol Full Foods.
Food has always been at the heart of what I love—whether I’m cooking, hosting friends, or exploring local markets for fresh ingredients. I grew up surrounded by food; my mother started a catering business when I was in kindergarten, so I practically grew up in a kitchen.
While my passion for food and entertaining was strong, my journey took some unexpected turns. After graduating high school two years early, I moved to New York City to pursue a career in film. I spent 17 years acting, writing, and producing films, where I learned the art of storytelling, creativity, and bringing people together.
After years in the fast-paced world of film, I began looking for more balance in my life. I turned to yoga to recharge, eventually becoming a certified yoga teacher and health coach. It was during this time that I met my husband and started a family.
After working together in the New York wellness & hospitality industry, we moved our family to Mexico in pursuit of a simpler and more connected life. Mexico reignited my love for cooking and entertaining. Sharing a meal became my way of connecting with others.
